Editor’s Note: For the eighth consecutive year, Travelocity’s Thanksgiving Task Force is stationed at 10 of the nation’s top airports, relaying important travel information to holiday road warriors on Nov. 25-26, two of the busiest travel days of the year.

Well the rain doesn't seem to be causing any problems or dampening any spirits at Sky Harbor Airport. I have been witnessing some very touching reunions, and some very teary goodbyes. I saw a soldier saying goodbye to his wfe, and they didn't let go of each other the entire time I was there. So clearly emotions are still running high here at Sky Harbor, even if frustration is not that emotion.

As you can see from the photo above, traffic is still light and lines are still short. The longest lines seem to be at the Southwest ticket counter, although I just spoke with one traveler who had no problem getting through the line. It seems to be moving quickly.

The only delays I have seen seem to be flights to Los Angeles. I've seen 4 flight delays to LA. Parking it still holding steady with only the West economy lot full.

Security: Lines are short. You won't have to wait more than 10 minutes. The longer lines are in Terminal 4, but nothing too long.

Check-in: Check-in lines are moving quickly. If you are flying Southwest, you may end up waiting up to 15 - 20 minutes.

Parking: West economy is full, but the other lots are open. Call the parking hotline for updates: 602-273-4545.

Delays: Most delays are flights to Los Angeles. No other delays to report at this time.
